Heydoc Health Technologies LLC ("Heydoc," "we," "us," or "our"), also doing business as Heydoc Pediatrics, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of our website located at heydoc.co and any related pages (collectively, the "Site"). Importantly: Heydoc does not receive, store, or directly access any personal health information, ever. Our products are designed so that any protected health information ("PHI") as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") remains entirely within our customers' own systems and under their control.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
-
Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Site or conducting our business (such as web hosting providers or email platforms), provided those vendors are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes of providing services to us.
-
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
-
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice on our Site if such a transfer occurs and your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties with your explicit consent.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site may use standard browser cookies or similar technologies to support basic site functionality (such as session management). We do not use cookies to track your browsing behavior across third-party websites, build advertising profiles, or serve targeted advertisements. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; however, some portions of the Site may not function properly as a result.

6. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the limited personal information we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You provide information to us at your own risk.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to inquiries and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or business requirements. Contact information provided through inquiry forms will be retained for a reasonable period to allow us to follow up, after which it will be deleted or anonymized unless you have engaged in a business relationship with us that requires longer retention.

8. Children's Privacy
Our Site is intended solely for use by healthcare professionals, business representatives, and other adults. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@heydoc.co. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request or learn more about your California privacy rights, please contact us at info@heydoc.co.

12. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. Because there is currently no universal standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, our Site does not currently alter its behavior in response to DNT signals. We do not, however, engage in cross-site behavioral tracking.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. To the extent any provision of this Privacy Policy is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of this Privacy Policy will remain in full force and effect.

HeyDoc Pediatrics is a health education application deployed on clinic-managed devices in pediatric healthcare settings, including waiting rooms and examination rooms. The application is intended for use by pediatric patients and their caregivers as part of a point-of-care health education experience. Adult caregivers or clinical staff are generally present during use. The application is not available for general consumer download and is not operated as a consumer-facing online service.

What we collect
HeyDoc Pediatrics is designed as a zero-data-collection application. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. Specifically, the application does not collect:
-
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact information
-
Precise age or date of birth — users select only a broad age range (such as 4–7 or 8–10) solely for the purpose of filtering age-appropriate content
-
Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or persistent identifiers of any kind
-
Location data
-
Audio, video, or photographs
-
Health or medical information
-
Usage data or analytics linked to any individual user or device

How the application works
At the start of each session a user selects a general age range. This selection is used only to filter game content within that session and is not stored, transmitted, or associated with any identifier. When a session ends — either through user action or automatic inactivity timeout — all session state is cleared. No information from one session carries forward to the next. Each use of the application is fully independent.

Game and educational content is delivered from a secured, access-controlled content delivery network over encrypted HTTPS connections. Content is managed and published exclusively by HeyDoc Pediatrics staff. No user-generated content is collected or transmitted.

Managed device deployment
This application operates exclusively on devices owned and managed by licensed healthcare provider organizations. Device management controls restrict the application to kiosk mode, preventing access to other applications, device settings, or the broader internet. The healthcare provider organization is responsible for physical device security and appropriate deployment consistent with their existing patient privacy obligations.

Third-party services
HeyDoc Pediatrics does not integrate third-party advertising networks, behavioral analytics platforms, data brokers, or social media plugins. No personal information is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party. Authentication services used by clinic administrators do not involve patient or caregiver data.

Parental rights
Because HeyDoc Pediatrics does not collect personal information from any user, there is no personal information to access, review, correct, or delete. Parents or guardians who have questions about our data practices are welcome to contact us directly at the address below and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy
We will update this privacy policy if our data practices change. Any material changes will be communicated to the healthcare provider organizations that deploy this application prior to taking effect.
